Warwick Castle is located within Warwick’s town centre, approximately 3 miles to the north of the M40 motorway between junctions 13 and 15. Access from junction 13 is via the A425 and the A429 from junction 15.

The castle is operated as a medieval castle attraction. The original wooden motte and bailey castle was rebuilt in the 12th century and before being bought by the Tussauds Group in 1978 the property had been used as a country house. It now provides a range of family attractions with supporting food, beverage and retail uses.
